The 7th annual edition of the TLF 2010, held on 9-10 September 2010 at the Taj Boston (formerly Ritz-Carlton), was a resounding success with all attendees concurring on the value of this unique event.

The Tata Interactive Learning Forum (TLF), an annual global learning event conducted by Tata Interactive Systems (TIS), featured the top speakers in the learning industry, including CLOs, VPs, EVPs in Training, HR & business functions.

Over 75 organizations participated in the TLF this year, with many attending three years in a row. The TLF community has grown over the last six years since it was institutionalized, and the event has provided a platform to several participants to share their ideas and learning innovations across industries.

A post-event survey revealed that 95% of the respondents polled described the TLF as "a place to learn and get up to date with the latest in the industry" and 90% felt that "TIS can help enable key organizational initiatives." 100% respondents said that "the TLF was useful."

Apart from the venue, The State Room at the Taj Boston (formerly Ritz-Carlton), the Crown Jewel of Boston Hotels, renowned for its cherished traditions, classic style, and award-winning service since 1927, a highlight of the event was the dinner jazz band - Bombay Jazz - whose repertoire of fusion music had the audience enthralled and evoked a standing ovation from the participants.
