Gint Baukus & Ken Champagne of Western Union (WU) shared how their newly
developed "TalentPort" learning portal is bringing back the excitement into
learning.

The key challenge faced by WU was that their employees did not derive the
maximum benefits from their various online services and facilities, mainly
due to lack of engagement with the learner. TIS' role was to not only
integrate all the services under a comprehensive, yet easy-to-use umbrella,
but also to package the offering in a manner that was engaging and exciting,
thus motivating learners to take advantage of the various features that the
TalentPort solution offered.

TIS' TalentPort portal empowered WU employees to gain quick access to the
Wire (Intranet), iDrive (LMS), HR, Work Tools, Policies and other useful
information that helped increase their productivity and well as the degree of
engagement with the company.
