These new Expert Skill Bites are based on cutting edge Mindtools Kineo research, written and presented by external experts who are authors, keynote speakers and thought leaders in their field.

Dr Michaela Heigl, Executive Director, Off-the-Shelf Learning Solutions at Mindtools Kineo, says:

‘We've partnered with leading experts to bring content to managers they simply can't get anywhere else – and we've packaged it in a way that’s motivational, practical, and actually works.

These Expert Skill Bites tackle the topics managers and leaders tell us they find most challenging, giving them research-backed advice that builds both capability and confidence. That’s how we deliver the performance impact organizations are looking for.’

The new Expert Skill Bites build on the success of Mastering AI for Managers, launched last year with Dr Marcus Bernhardt. This received strong engagement, with over 2,200 downloads from managers seeking short, sharp learning they could put into action straightaway.  In response, Mindtools Kineo is now extending the range with five additional Expert Skill Bites, each addressing a core, real-world management challenge.

Expert Skill Bites follow the format of the already popular Skill Bites series created for modern management realities. Each starts with a short, practical coaching session, managers make a commitment, practice it in the workplace, then reflect, build on it, and apply the next step. On completion, they earn a Credly digital badge.

Learning and Development leaders can assign Skill Bites and Expert Skill Bites to any number of managers, without asking them to sign up to long programmes or take extended time away from their job. They can also be added to an existing management development programme.

Paul Buller, Head of Content at Mindtools Kineo, says:

‘It’s so important that managers get the learning they tell us they need. With these new Expert Skill Bites, we’re able to help managers, in the flow of work, with the well-researched and expert guidance that individuals and organizations around the world trust us to deliver.’

The five new Expert Skill Bites are:
