Mind Tools Achieves Top Recognition with South Western Railway and Learning Designer of the Year, Claire Gibson

This year’s Gold award for "Best Use of Blended Learning Commercial Sector" celebrates Mind Tools’ collaboration with South Western Railway (SWR). Seeking to equip its leaders with the skills to navigate change, foster collaboration, and support teams, SWR partnered with Mind Tools. Together, they designed and implemented a leadership program that resulted in a 12% improvement in leadership capability.
