Mediazoo has launched the Talent Studio, a flexible on-demand staffing model giving organisations rapid access to creative and learning skills without traditional hiring.

Learning and communications agency, Mediazoo, has launched the Talent Studio, a new flexible staffing model that gives organisations fast access to learning and creative skills, without the delays or overhead of traditional hiring.

The launch comes as skills gaps and rising external spend increasingly constrain growth and innovation. With 39% of core workforce skills expected to change by 2030, many organisations are struggling to retain the creative capability needed to deliver work at pace.  Traditional reskilling approaches are often slow and disconnected from real work, while low engagement and burnout further reduce teams’ ability to think creatively, adapt quickly and scale output.

Mediazoo’s Talent Studio gives organisations immediate access to learning and creative specialists, including award winning filmmakers, PR & Brand specialists and senior level ex journalists, through embedded teams or retainers with on-call specialists deployed within five working days. It also includes Zooniversity, a graduate sponsorship programme designed to build long-term capability in learning, design and digital skills.

Giles Smith, CEO at Mediazoo, says: “Most hiring models were built for a more predictable world, but that’s not how organisations are working anymore. Skills and priorities shift quickly, and teams need a way to respond without slowing everything down.
“Our Talent Studio gives organisations the flexibility to bring in the right skills when they need them, including top level agency creatives, and step back just as easily when they don’t, without carrying the costs of permanent hires.”
