Mediazoo Group launches Human Performance campaign to tackle the growing performance gap in organisations
New campaign unites Mediazoo, Uncertainty Experts and Finer Vision to help organisations build high-performing leaders, teams and cultures. The highlight of the campaign is that for the first time Mediazoo is opening its creative archive and releasing ten years of client films showing how storytelling can drive behaviour change, human performance and organisational impact. “Human performance isn’t improved by technology alone. It happens when leadership, learning, creativity and AI work together.” Giles Smith, CEO, Mediazoo Group
London, 30th July 2026 – Mediazoo Group has launched Human Performance, an eight-week campaign exploring how organisations can improve performance by combining behavioural science, creative storytelling and AI capability.
The campaign brings together the Group’s three specialist businesses, Uncertainty Experts, Mediazoo and Finer Vision, around a shared proposition: organisations perform best when they equip leaders, enable teams and scale capability together.
The campaign is inspired by findings from the Uncertainty Experts Decisiveness Crisis Report, which found that 65% of leaders prioritise certainty over clarity under pressure, contributing to slower decisions, reduced confidence and a gap between leadership intent and organisational performance.
At the heart of the campaign is The Human Performance Film Series, a curated collection of Mediazoo’s most impactful client films from the past decade. Released publicly for the first time via its social media channels, each film has been selected because it demonstrates how creativity and communication can influence behaviour and human performance, support change and improve the way organisations work.
Each film will be accompanied by commentary from Liz Robinson, Managing Director of Mediazoo Creative Studio, explaining the challenge behind the work, the behaviour it was designed to influence and the impact achieved.
Liz Robinson, Managing Director of Mediazoo’s Creative Studio said, “These aren’t simply our favourite films, these are films that are catalysts. Collectively, they show how creativity can drive real behaviour change and improve performance.”
Giles Smith, CEO of Mediazoo Group, said, “The organisations that thrive over the next decade will be those that unlock the potential of their people. AI will play an important role, but performance still comes down to how people think, learn, communicate and make decisions. That is why we have brought together behavioural science, creativity and AI capability in one connected approach.”
Running during the summer of 2026, the Human Performance campaign includes:
The Human Performance Film Series, released across Mediazoo’s website and social channels
A webinar exploring decision-making, uncertainty and performance culture, hosted in partnership with the Doodle Time Institute
A new digital version of the Uncertainty Experts programme, designed for deployment through major learning platforms
The Fear/Fog/Stasis diagnostic from Finer Vision provides organisations with a practical starting point for identifying performance barriers
The campaign is aimed at leaders and professionals across learning and development, HR, communications and transformation who are looking to build stronger performance cultures.
