AI adoption is stalling on human uncertainty. Mediazoo Group launches the fix.

The solution is live on Microsoft MarketplaceLearning NewsMediazoo

The Uncertainty & AI Ready Platform combines behavioural science and practical AI skills training. It's designed to remove the barriers of uncertainty and new technology adoption, so people can master both together and unlock their full performance. Licensed per named seat, the platform tackles two costly problems at once: only 10% of UK employees are engaged at work, and only around 30% of change programmes succeed. A landmark moment for Mediazoo Group: it's now listed on Microsoft Marketplace, alongside some of the world's largest enterprise software and technology providers. It's available directly to any of Microsoft's global enterprise customers.

Mediazoo Group has launched the Uncertainty & AI Ready Platform on Microsoft Marketplace. For the first time, customers can buy behavioural science and practical AI skills training together, in a single purchase. Uncertainty Experts, Mediazoo Group's behavioural science practice, and Finer Vision, its AI specialists, can now be bought directly. Organisations can search, purchase and deploy both themselves by simply going to the Marketplace.

Global workforce disengagement is estimated to cost $10 trillion in lost productivity each year: 9% of world GDP, according to Gallup's 2026 State of the Global Workplace report. Gartner research shows employees' willingness to support workplace change fell from 74% in 2016 to just 43% in 2022, even as the number of major changes the average employee faces each year rose from two to ten. Most change programmes still fail to meet their objectives: research from McKinsey and BCG puts real transformation success rates at around 26 to 30%.

Unmanaged uncertainty is the common thread: it affects decision-making, engagement and performance long before it shows up in numbers like these. The Uncertainty & AI Ready Platform addresses those human behaviours, not just the technology.

Nine in ten employees already use AI at least sometimes, but only 18% feel fully prepared to, according to Study.com's State of AI Jobs and Skills Report 2026. Finer Vision, Mediazoo Group's AI-enabled training and consultancy division, closes that gap. It pairs practical, workflow-based training with a before and after assessment showing what each module saved and changed.

The other half is readiness: without it, new skills don't stick. Uncertainty Experts, developed with scientists at UCL (University College London), measures and builds a workforce's psychological readiness for change. Independent evaluation found a 25% increase in individual agency, a 20% reduction in decision delay and groupthink, and a 30% shift in uncertainty tolerance, sustained at six weeks. Every organisation also gets company-wide reporting on seat usage, progress and completion, plus a before-and-after capability assessment for each person. That's real evidence for leaders: something to act on, and something to show the board.

Together, they give organisations a single route to AI capability and change readiness. Larger organisations can take it as a private offer: a named Mediazoo customer success lead, facilitator materials for approved trainers, and optional launch communications, films and consultancy. It also changes what's possible for existing Mediazoo clients. A programme reaching a couple of thousand people in one organisation can now scale, via the platform, to the whole workforce, at whatever scale they need.

For Mediazoo Group, this is also a landmark moment. Expertise that's always been delivered as a bespoke solution, one client at a time, is now listed on Microsoft Marketplace, alongside some of the world's largest enterprise software providers. It's available directly to any Microsoft global enterprise customer who uses the Marketplace. Reaching that listing meant meeting Microsoft's own technical and commercial review, a marker of the platform's enterprise readiness.

Giles Smith, CEO, Mediazoo Group adds: “Many organisations believe their biggest challenge is implementing AI. In reality, the bigger challenge is helping people adapt to a world of increasing uncertainty. The organisations that succeed won't necessarily be those with the best technology. They'll be the ones with leaders and teams who can navigate uncertainty, embrace change and confidently integrate AI into how they work every day. The Uncertainty & AI Ready Platform was created to solve this challenge. It helps organisations understand where uncertainty exists, build the confidence to overcome it and create the conditions where people can perform at their best, while making the absolute most of the technology they have at their disposal.”

Katherine Templar Lewis, Chief Scientist at Uncertainty Experts said: “Uncertainty is one of the most overlooked performance barriers in modern organisations, creating hesitation, disengagement and avoidance when it goes unmanaged. Build the capability to navigate it, and performance, innovation and decision-making improve dramatically. This platform gives organisations a practical, measurable way to build that capability at scale, paired with Finer Vision's AI skills training so people can act on what they learn.”

The Uncertainty & AI Ready Platform is live on Microsoft Marketplace now. The launch follows recent recognition: Video Production Company of the Year at the 2026 Lens Awards, and a Silver award for Learning Provider of the Year at the LPI Learning Awards.
