Logicearth Learning Services is announcing a new medical writing and instructional design service which will not only help the wider pharmaceutical sector develop modern digital eLearning content, but which could also have spin off benefits in supporting marketing and communications and other professionals working in the field.

Having recruited the academic talent and medical expertise to deliver high quality content to the pharmaceutical industry, Logicearth have developed a number of services beyond eLearning that could support marcomms teams and other outward facing functions through the provision of medically and technically accurate written content digitised to the highest standards.

Peter Carlin, Director and Co-Owner of Logicearth Learning Services said: “This new development is built on the success of working with ICON plc, a leading global clinical research organisation, who is our latest partner in the outsourcing of medical writing and eLearning design. To date, we have provided ICON plc with a managed content design service, spanning operational content and behavioural change programmes."

“By working closely with all our clients, listening carefully to and being responsive to their specific needs and requirements, we can identify gaps and come up with innovative solutions which have mutual benefits. In that way we are ideas driven. We like to think differently while staying true to our core values implicit in our company name in the logical, flexible, independent and down-to-earth way we like to do business.”

Eoin McDonnell, Director of Global Learning Solutions, ICON plc said: “Keeping things fresh and innovative is everything in the competitive pharmaceutical industry. It was important to us to find a learning solutions partner we could work with now and for the long haul. Logicearth brought a unique insight to us - how modern creative digital design could transform many types of communications in our organisation, including across L&D and operational teams.”

Logicearth’s expertise has been developed over many years working with blue chip brands across the globe, including Bank of New York Mellon, Mastercard, Allianz Global Investors, Allstate, ICON plc, Capita, Vodafone, eir and Analog Devices among others.
