LONDON 19th September. LINE Communications will be speaking at the World of Learning Conference & Exhibition (WOLCE), which is taking place at the Birmingham NEC on the 1st and 2nd of October.

The presentation titled, “Performance Support Using Mobile Devices” will be conducted by Account Director, Sean Nugent and will take place on Tuesday 1st October at 13:30 in the Main Exhibition Hall.

Performance Support is a key factor of an effective learning blend and mobile devices are well suited to deliver this. A well designed performance support tool can help people do their jobs better and have a significant impact on the business bottom line.

The presentation will cover:

  • The design features that make a really good tool
  • The role of Learning & Development in performance support
  • Key differences between developing learning content and performance support tools
  • How to make tools quickly and in a cost effective way

Sean Nugent says: “Our experience has shown that performance support tools are now an essential part of the learning blend. This is why we are including the ability to build performance support content in our LINEstream 2.0 mobile authoring platform. I‘m really looking forward to sharing our experience with the Wolce audience and being able to show some examples of these tools being used across a number of sectors.”
