LINE to deliver workshop on Technology-enabled Futures at iVentiv Learning Technologies in London
LINE Communications one of Europe’s leading providers of learning and communications, will be running a workshop on technology enabled learning at the iVentiv Learning Technologies Executive Knowledge Exchange which will take place in London on the 13th and 14th of May.
The workshop titled, ‘Technology Enabled Futures’ will be run by LINE’s Sales and Marketing Director, Steve Ash and will be based around two case study presentations featuring iconic British brands, British Airways and Jaguar Land Rover. It will look at how those organisations have overcome their learning and performance support challenges in order to support their growth strategies. The presentation will outline the issues that both organisations have faced, the manner in which they have responded to the challenge and the Brandon Hall Award winning solutions that are being rolled out globally. The British Airways case study deals with issues of leadership whilst the JLR considers the training and performance support of sales people in their global dealerships.
The two-day event, of which LINE is a key sponsor, is a fully immersive, interactive and personalised training experience, focused towards a niche group of senior learning and development professionals from across Europe. The event will examine the changing global environment in which the multinational CLO operates, discussing skills vs. capabilities, learning innovations and workforce readiness in developing economics, amongst other topics. A combination of ‘Pecha Kucha’ sessions, keynote summaries, workshops, collaboration café’s and discussion groups allow visitors to be involved in a personalised knowledge exchange to drive real learning.
Steve Ash, Sales and Marketing Director, says, “We always look forward to running these workshops at the iVentiv events and the Learning Technologies session in particular is an excellent forum for leaders of L&D to share their experiences and ideas about the future of the corporate learning and development environment.”
