LINE to deliver workshop on Learning Portals at iVentiv Learning and Development in Hamburg
LINE will be running a workshop on learning portals at the iVentiv Learning and Development Executive Knowledge Exchange which will take place in Hamburg on the 6th and 7th of June.
The workshop titled, ‘Learning Portals – A Blended Learning Response’ will be run by LINE’s Design Director, Andrew Joly and will consider the growing role of Learning Portals with reference to a particular exemplar case study: how one of the world’s largest organisations responded to the need to develop a new global induction programme. The presentation will outline the issues that drove the need to change, the manner in which LINE responded to these challenges, and the sophisticated blend of learning interventions that was designed and developed to create a truly world class onboarding experience for new hires.
The two-day event, of which LINE is a key sponsor, is a fully immersive, interactive and personalised training experience, focused towards a niche group of senior learning and development professionals from across Europe. The event will provide an opportunity for Group Learning Directors to discuss the strategic role, development and the future of Learning and Development. A combination of ‘Pecha Kucha’ sessions, keynote summaries, workshops, collaboration café’s and discussion groups allow visitors to be involved in a personalised knowledge exchange to drive real learning.
