LINE and BA shortlisted in the E-Learning Awards

LINE Communications and British Airways have been shortlisted in the E-learning Awards for their joint project, Outstanding Leaders.

The programme, which has been shortlisted in the category of Excellence in the production of learning content – corporate sector, is a blended learning programme comprising a two-day workshop, video scenarios, online and offline activities, printed materials, social networking, blogs and support tools. The programme which was designed and delivered by LINE, along with partner OR Consulting, has had a significant impact on the organisation, having reduced time in the classroom by a third with learning being maintained and used, consistency in language and behaviours being demonstrated and communications and relationships being vastly improved.

Steve Ash, Director of Sales and Marketing at LINE commented, “We are delighted to have been shortlisted in the E-Learning Awards. This is a key project for BA and one which is generating such impressive results.”

The E-learning Awards have become the biggest awards in the UK and competition is fierce with over 200 entries.

The awards ceremony is due to be held at the Marriot Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London on 8th of November. More details of the awards can be found here
