Presenting Ford of Europe's powerful results - LINE delivers case study to Europe's HR and talent management community
LINE Communications, one of Europe’s leading providers of learning and communications solutions has sponsored the HR and Talent Summit at the Montreux Palace hotel in Montreux, Switzerland on 14th - 16th June. This is the fourth consecutive year that LINE has provided sponsorship for the annual event.
Attracting representatives from almost 100 major organisations from across Europe, the HR and Talent Summit provides a unique interactive forum for Europe’s senior HR and talent management community. The customised itinerary is tailored to meet the specific business concerns of the delegates with a series of keynote presentations, business case studies, workshops and one-to-one meetings. This included strong presentations by Adidas Group, BBC, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Cisco, Google and British American Tobacco. LINE delivered a case study on their highly successful Ford Foundation programme which has significantly increased car sales, staff retention and employee engagement across Ford’s Europe-wide dealership network.
