LEO’s learning experts will present two insightful sessions at Learning Technologies 2016, covering measurable learning impact and the pivotal year the millennial generation entered the workforce.

In the session ‘Impact, Results and Measuring Learning Success’ Andrew Joly, Strategic Design Director and Imogen Casebourne, Director of Learning will look at how measuring the impact of learning drives the virtuous cycle of investment, change and learning evolution. The session feeds into LEO’s ‘moving learning to the heart of business strategy’ ethos and the strategies work in the real world of 21st learning.

In the session ‘2004: The Millennials event horizon’ Learning Consultant Kath Fleet will look at how, over the past ten years, this seminal millennial generation has shaped current trends in learning and social interaction and how the rate of change over the next ten years will create even greater challenges and opportunities for learning departments.
