LEO is pleased to be exhibiting and presenting at the Learning Technologies 2016 Summer Forum on 14th June at London Olympia.

Seminar

Andrew Joly, LEO’s Director of Strategic Design, will be presenting a seminar about measuring learning success in the new world of learning. Details are as follows:

Measuring learning success in the new world of learning
Theatre 3
14:15-14:45
Does measurement matter? In an ideal world, we would look to measure learning impact to demonstrate the value of learning and show clear business change. Yet recent research from Towards Maturity shows that many organisations are falling short of this - and on the whole moving further away from this goal rather than closer. In this session, Andrew will take a frank look at the world of impact measurement in learning and why it matters in today's changing landscape.

Towards Maturity In-Focus Report

The LEO team will be available on stand 20 throughout the day to help visitors discover how to move learning to the heart of business strategy in their own organisations, and will be announcing the new LEO sponsored Towards Maturity In-Focus Report on demonstrating business impact.

The report digs deeper into the data from 600 L&D leaders in last year's Towards Maturity Industry Benchmark Report Embracing Change to answer these questions:

  • What is learning impact?
  • Why is it important?
  • Where do we start?
  • How do we go deeper?

If you can’t make it to the Learning Technologies 2016 Summer Forum, you can leave your details with LEO here and they will send you a copy of the report as soon as it's available.
