Learning Technologies Group announces closing of eCreators acquisition
The acquisition reinforces Learning Technologies Group’s strategic position, via Open LMS, as the world’s leading commercial Moodle provider.
Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG), a global leader in the high-growth workplace learning and talent industry, confirms that all conditions relating to the acquisition of eCreators Pty Ltd have been satisfied and that the transaction completed on 1 October 2020, further to the announcement of the proposed acquisition on 22 September 2020.
