LNTV: L&D leading change during the lockdown
LNTV, April 30, includes interviews with learning leaders from Hilti, Monzo Bank and D&D London, on how they are leading change and adapting to the lockdown.
On the second of two LNTV programmes this month, Nigel Paine talks to TJ Lintz, Senior L&D director of Hilti, who explains how he’s directing the changes across the business. Kate Graham talks to Alice Collier-Niblett of Monzo Bank and Adam Harwood, from D&D London, who discuss how their companies have adapted to the current situation
