The Learning Company International launches new website following Learning Live 2026
L&D consultancy The Learning Company International has launched a new website, timed alongside its stand at Learning Live 2026, hosted by the Learning and Performance Institute.
The Learning Company International has unveiled its new website at www.tlci.co.uk. The site was redesigned to show the full range of LCI's work, from facilitation and programme design to content curation, and to make it easier for L&D and people leaders to find the right starting point for a conversation.
The site launched the week before Learning Live 2026, where LCI exhibited to heads of learning, talent and people. This year's theme was Human Connection. LCI's team spent both days on the floor talking with visitors about what's working in workplace learning, what's changing and where it's heading next.
"There was far more to the agenda than AI," said Damian Briggs, Director of Sales at LCI. "Everyone's dealing with constant change, but the mood in the room was optimistic, and it was great to have so many real conversations about learning."
LCI's programmes are built around outcomes. Every programme is designed to change how people perform back at work, not just what they know, and that focus is what clients value most in working with LCI. The new website puts this front and centre, showing how LCI works and the impact its programmes deliver.
"Our clients come back to us because our programmes deliver results they can see," added Briggs. "The new website finally reflects that. We'd love people to have a look around and get in touch."
