Sarah Abramson launches Think Human consultancy
New independent consultancy, Think Human, applies behavioural science to boost organisational performance and people-centred change.
Sarah Abramson has launched Think Human, a new consultancy working with organisations on team effectiveness, employee onboarding, management capability and organisational change.
Think Human applies approaches from behavioural science and workplace learning, bringing evidence-informed practice to help organisations translate business strategy into everyday workplace behaviours.
Speaking to Learning News at the Evidence Informed Practice Conference 2026, Abramson described her work as helping organisations identify the actions that have the greatest impact on performance and then supporting people to adopt those behaviours consistently.
Her approach combines behavioural science, research and organisational listening exercises to understand barriers to performance before designing interventions. She also advocates testing and experimentation, including piloting initiatives and using A/B testing techniques, rather than committing immediately to large-scale programmes.
Abramson highlighted the role of learning and development teams in building capability and measuring outcomes, describing partnership with L&D functions as an important part of helping organisations achieve change.
