Litmos appoints Eric Vermillion as CEO
Enterprise software leader takes role with immediate effect.
Litmos has appointed Eric Vermillion as chief executive officer, effective immediately.
He succeeds Michelle Benfer, who led the company through a transition period and will remain on the Board to support strategic priorities and long-term direction.
Litmos said Vermillion brings experience leading enterprise software businesses through growth and global expansion. His appointment comes as the company positions its AI-powered learning platform to support skills development, compliance and product adoption at scale.
In a statement, Vermillion said Litmos is ‘well positioned to extend its leadership’ and continue advancing innovation in a changing learning and technology landscape.
