Impact Futures Group wins top apprenticeship provider award
UK training group recognised for apprenticeship delivery across health, care and education sectors.
Impact Futures Group was named Best Training Provider 2026 at the Apprenticeship Guide Awards, for its apprenticeship provision across healthcare, childcare and education.
The award recognises providers demonstrating quality, consistency, employer impact and learner outcomes. Impact Futures Group was selected following a year of delivery in sectors facing skills and workforce pressures.
Over 12 months the group enrolled 6,500 apprentices and worked with 3,600 employers. Its programmes span Level 2 to degree level.
The organisation delivers through a portfolio of brands including tend®, The Childcare Company and Captiva Learning, covering health and social care, childcare, education and professional development. Additional brands, First Response First Aid and Caring for Care, provide mandatory and clinical training.
During the year, the group reported improved achievement rates and high learner and employer satisfaction, alongside the introduction of new apprenticeship pathways and expanded blended learning.
Delivery includes digital learning, one-to-one coaching and employer account management.
