Fitch Learning and HearstLab invest in Founderz
Fitch Learning and HearstLab invest in Founderz to integrate AI learning technology across Fitch Learning’s global financial services client base.
Fitch Learning and HearstLab have taken a stake in AI business school Founderz as part of a strategic partnership focused on AI-enabled learning for financial services.
The organisations said the partnership combines Fitch Learning’s financial services education expertise with Founderz’s AI learning platform and global learner community.
Financial terms and the size of the stake have not been disclosed. Following questions from Learning News, the organisations confirmed that both HearstLab and Fitch Learning have invested in Founderz.
Fitch Learning serves more than 1,200 financial institutions and develops more than 125,000 professionals each year across banking, wealth and asset management, insurance and global markets.
Founderz technology will be integrated into Fitch Learning offerings and will support customised learning journeys aligned to client roles and business requirements. They said it will also provide AI-powered simulations and reporting tools that give managers visibility into learner progress and development needs.
Andreas Karaiskos, CEO of Fitch Learning, said: ‘HearstLab’s investment in Founderz signals a step change in how professional skills will be developed in the years ahead.’
Founderz was founded in 2021 by Anna Cejudo and Pau Garcia-Milà and describes itself as an AI business school and Microsoft Worldwide Training Partner. The company says it has trained more than 630,000 learners and worked with more than 1,600 organisations worldwide.
