Cezanne acquires Learn Amp

Cezanne has acquired workplace learning platform Learn Amp, adding learning, performance management and employee engagement capabilities to its software portfolio.

The acquisition was announced on 16 June. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2016, Learn Amp provides learning management, learning experience, talent development, performance management and employee engagement software.

The acquisition adds those products to Cezanne’s existing HR, payroll, recruitment and people management software.

The acquisition follows Cezanne’s purchase of recruitment software provider Occupop in 2025, now operating as Cezanne Recruitment.

Cezanne said Learn Amp will join its existing HR, payroll and recruitment products as part of a single software platform.
