Niloufar Zarin to lead the development of AI across the LMS vendor and its product roadmap.
Head of Artificial Intelligence is a new role for many workplace learning vendors. AI is now so important for them it's getting its own senior representation, to identify the market opportunity, build AI into product roadmaps and mobilise energy across the business.
Thrive has just appointed one; Niloufar Zarin joined as head of AI in March. She was head of machine learning at Dyson and recently led AI in healthcare and medical technology.
