Josh Cardoz: “We've had a lot of success in the last couple of years taking on consulting jobs, taking on some of the big bucks consulting firms, but doing consulting with our own flare - boutique services at an enterprise level, connecting L&D activities to business outcomes. We're coming in higher in the opportunity to do the proper learning strategy services.”
