Microlearning is now the normal way we consume learning content. Short bursts of learning just when it's needed. But in ever-shortening content down, from what used to be several hours, to typically now just several minutes, getting the learning design and designing the full learning journey becomes even more important and every part of the experience has to work really hard to build new skills and lead to new behaviours.

One company reinventing soft skills training by investing in learning design to take advantage of microlearning is Scott Bradbury and its managing director, Catherine de Salvo, joins Learning News.
