The Thirty under 30 provides young L&D professionals with the opportunity to attend the conference at a highly discounted rate and to participate in a programme of activities to ensure they get the most out of it.
It's overseen by Dr Nigel Paine and former participants help to lead it, including this year Zahra Clarke-Johnney, Digital L&D Manager at UK Sports Institute, who attended in 2020.
Nigel and Zahra joined Learning News at the end of the conference to explain how the programme works.
