Learning Awards Gold: Learning Pool and Lidl
Interview with Learning Pool's Jack Quantrill following success at the Learning Awards for their project with supermarket, Lidl.
The Learning Awards took place last month and one of the gold winners was Learning Pool for its work with the supermarket Lidl. It won External Learning Solution of the Year which recognises the work of learning vendors with their customers.
Learning Pool's Jack Quantrill led the project and he's here to share with us what they did and why it caught the eyes of the judges who gave it the gold award.
The interviews include staff from Lidl talking about their experiences of the training: Store Managers, Chris Foxwell and Mark O'Neil, Deputy Store Manager, Izzy Colville and Training Manager, Stuart Greenwood.
Other finalists in the External Learning Solution of the Year Award included: AstraZeneca & DoThinkDo, Burberry & Mind Tools for Business, Dechra Academy & MAAS Marketing, Empower Development, SiyonaTech & Novartis. Silver was won by LEO and PRELOADED for its work with Invesco QQQ and Bronze went to QA and Lloyds Banking Group.
Learning Pool also picked up a second award on the night, Silver for Learning Organisation of the Year.
