Providing IT training has totally changed over the decades. What drives the market in 2023, where are the skills gaps, is the market plugging them, what's working, what's not working and where are the priorities to build the skills and capabilities in the most sustainable way for workers and learners?
Lumify, a large IT training provider in APAC, says in a recent survey IT university graduates were the least employable out of 10 sectors, and nearly one in five IT graduates feel their degree has failed to prepare them for the working world. Earlier this year it launched Lumify Learn, a new offering of self-paced, supported training to reach greater numbers of the workforce.
