ARuVR invited its customer The AA onto its stand at Learning Technologies 2023 to talk about its use of virtual reality in a health & safety training project.

Louise Greenhoff, Group Head of Learning and Delivery at The AA, explains how until now its training wasn't able to replicate higher-risk environments experienced by The AA’s workforce.

She goes on to explain how the technology has reduced time-to-competence and learning transfer time and how the L&D team has reduced the number of elearning modules it needed previously.
