Fosway's annual report into Cloud HR is out and reveals a market responding to social, business and digital transformation. And a market coping well with the wider economic pressures. 

It shows providers are rapidly integrating AI yet corporate customers are slow to embrace it, but the majority - two-thirds - are planning to do more. 

Payroll is an area where innovation is expected, having been static for decades. Real time payroll engines, with employees getting the ability to draw down on their salary mid way through the month, are on their way.

The HR suites are busy countering the faster, more agile specialist disruptors and corporates are ready to expand basic digital platforms with of all the new functionality coming onto the market.
