I last spoke to Andy Moss, the Managing Director of City & Guilds Corporate Learning and Kineo, during the first week of the first lockdown just as he was closing City & Guilds training centres all over the country and while trying to keep staff safe and the business afloat.

It was one of the interviews I did that week that really brought home what the learning sector was facing and that learning itself was about to undergo a substantial change, potentially the biggest change in our lifetimes.

To see how Kineo and the wider group has fared over the course of the pandemic and to look ahead to what might be in store in 2022 Andy Moss is back on Learning News.

In an in-depth interview Andy Moss talks about his organisation's experiences of the pandemic, the effects of the pandemic on workplace learning and all of the changes taking place, priorities for the learning sector and how the sector might now take the opportunities that business is presenting.

Andy Moss talks in detail about the important areas for his organisation to focus on in 2022, including a focus on quality and learner experience; placing measurement and data at the heart of their strategy; demonstrating value and outcomes to learners; working with customers to develop a deep understanding of their business and their goals; measuring, assessing and certifying skills; codifying competencies, skills and skills gaps; and more.
