Rising Star 2022

The Rising Star Award is a Learning Award presented to a learning professional with exceptional promise, who has already made a significant impact in their career in workplace learning.

The judges look for creativity, innovation and rapid progress and someone who really stands out from other learning professionals.

This year's Rising Star gold winner is Federico Presicci and he joins Learning News to talk about about his role as head of sales training and enablement for GDS Group and about what he feels are the most important challenges in our profession.
