Totara is an open-source talent experience platform provider, combining learning, talent and performance management in a single platform. It operates through a maturing global partner network which provides the client-facing services, building solutions for customers.
In the UK one of its largest markets is with the NHS, of which around 40% are using Totara-based platforms.
Lars Hyland heads up Totara in the EMEA region and spoke to Learning News about the challenges facing learning and development and how it will work more closely together with HR professionals to improve learning outcomes for businesses and employees.
