LN Connect 2022, the event run by The Learning Network (formerly the eLearning Network), is back after a two-year postponement and is packed full of new ideas and fresh thinking around workplace learning.
Just 34% currently think it's easy to progress a career in the learning industry and 91% feel that greater professionalition is what's needed. And this is the theme for Connect 2022, professionalising learning and development and the changes the learning community needs to make for their own benefit and that of their people. And of course it's a Learning Network event, so networking is what it's all about.
