Learning Leader of the Year 2022
Lisa Johnson from NHS Blood and Transplant was named Gold Learning Leader of the Year at the Learning Awards 2022 and joins Learning News to discuss her work at the NHS.
The Learning Leader of the Year is presented to an outstanding learning leader who has made a real difference, in a strategic sense, to their learning operation and to their organisation as a whole and is seen as a leader by their peers.
The judges seek clear differentiators from other entrants, evidence of innovation and endorsement by team members and their employer. They also want to know ‘why this person this particular year?’
This year's gold Learning Leader of the Year is Lisa Johnson from NHS Blood and Transplant, and it's the second year running that NHS Blood and Transplant has won this award, which last year was won by Cathy Miller.
