For Mental Health Awareness Week Sales Impact Academy is teaming up with Sales Psyche, an educational platform on mental wellbeing for sales professionals.

New analysis by Deloitte shows that poor mental health costs UK employers up to £45 billion each year and as part of Mental Heakth Awareness Week Sales Impact Academy is working with Sales Psyche to support go-to-market B2B professionals.

Sales Impact Academy is a new educational institution providing a live-learning curriculum for commercial teams on an annual subscription, taught by the industry’s top thinkers. It upskills go-to-market B2B professionals through structured and interactive classes. Sales Psyche is an online training subscription supporting mental wellbeing in the workplace. It provides morning mindset sessions, mini workshops, anonymous Q&A’s and confidential one-to-one coaching to support mental wellbeing and encourage conversations on mental resilience throughout the sales community.

The two startups launched their partnership on Monday as a part of Mental Health Awareness week and Sales Impact Academy is championing the initiative within its own business and with customers.

“Together we’re working to level the sales playing field by providing education and progressive resources for both your personal and professional lives. The development and management of your skills and mental health often work together in terms of confidence and satisfaction,” said Alex Damgaard, Co-Founder, and Head of People at Sales Impact Academy.

The world of Sales amplifies the risk of experiencing challenges with your mental health in the workplace, due to the sheer high-pressure nature of the job. Studies show that 67% of sales reps say they have been or feel like they will burn out soon, with 58% feeling stigmatized for coming forward to discuss their mental health (Uncrushed).
