Interview: Learning Performance Benchmark Report 2021

LondonLearning News

The annual Learning Performance Benchmark report shows how well organisations are doing building a high-impact, performance-oriented learning culture. Learning News asks the report's authors how the learning sector is progressing.

Each year Mind Tools For Business runs the Learning Performance Benchmark, which looks at how far along the journey towards having a high-impact learning culture any one particular organisation is.

It asks how well learning and development is doing in providing what business and learners really need. And, it shows you how your own progress compares to your competitors and to your industry average.

It's been running for 18 years, formerly as the Emerald Works Learning Health Check and Towards Maturity, and today the 2021 benchmark report is out. Two of the people behind it, Gent Ahmetaj and Caroline Horvath from Mind Tools For Business, join Learning News to share what they've found out.

The full 2021 Learning Performance Benchmark Report is available from the Mind Tools For Business website.
