Learning and Performance Accelerator launched by LPI; interview with Cathy Hoy

LondonLearning News

The LPI has launched a new tool for learning leaders that helps them to build a performance-oriented learning culture and evaluate and compare their performance and strategic approach against others.

The LPI this week launched its Learning and Performance Accelerator, which maps out what high-performing leaders of learning need to focus on to be successful: It aims to help heads of learning to build a culture of learning, develop learning strategy, improve learner engagement, use of technology and more; and to help them to understand their current situation, benchmark against others and identify where their challenges are.

It draws on the LPI's own surveys and identifies six areas for learning leaders to focus on: technology, skills, leadership, data, culture and infrastructure.

Learning News caught up with the LPI’s Cathy Hoy, one of the people behind the development of the new Learning and Performance Accelerator.
