Learning News caught up with Matthew Lloyd, CEO of Omniplex, an elearning tools and services provider, to explore how their business is coping during the pandemic and where Matthew feels the priorities will be in 2021.
During 2020 Matthew explains how organisations were less experimental with learning technology and naturally focused only on the basics, getting on with just what was needed to survive and adapt. Yet in 2021, Matthew talks about how more will be asked of digital learning as it is called upon to help organisations with the evolving challenges of remote working, such as maintaining cohesion amongst the workforce and building and maintaining organisation culture.
