Will talks about a new learning evaluation model which he introduced in 2018, Learning Transfer Evaluatuion Model (LTEM), which helps L&D professionals to cut through to assess what's effective and what's not.
Will makes the point that learning evaluation is complex, with many, many things to think about and often L&D teams can get distracted and confused with what to evaluate. He explains how evaluation needs to focus on the most imortant decisions that need to be made.
