In an in-depth interview Loiza talks about her priorities on joining the business, which had never before had a dedicated L&D function, despite becoming a £2 Billion business.
Loiza’s initial efforts were focused on improving sales skills and on developing a learning culture, working with the leadership team, many of whom at first appeared cynical about her aims.
Loiza cites her team’s efforts with the business’s external partners as one of her most important achievements and instrumental in driving the success of the business and its learning culture.
