Hayley talks about the ‘end learner’ being the driver behind Virtual College’s rebrand and how the business is focusing strongly on this.
At the event Virtual College was promoting ‘growth mindset’ as a symbol of how it is focused both on hard skills and on the softer personal development of learners, better equipping learners for the unprecedented pace of change that we are all experiencing.
