Learning News spoke to the creative director and co-founder of MicroLearn, Ali Soper, at the recent Learning Technologies Summer Forum in London about the session she hosted on marketing learning.
Ali cites how film producers don't just release a film and hope people will attend, instead they create a whole marketing programme with trailers, posters, merchandise, critical reviews, customer reviews and more, to ensure it's a success. Ali believes L&D can take a similar approach to launching new courses.
In her session at LTSF 2019, Ali called on the learning profession to think and act like marketeers.
