Filtered is one of the pioneers in the development of articial intellence in learning and has created magpie: a learning recomendations application, which uses a chatbot interface to guide learners to curated learning content.

The application is being adopted by organisations aiming to find new ways to personalise learning for users and, to-date, customers include The NHS, Trinity Mirror and Barnado's.

At Learning Live in London last month Filtered's Toby Harris hosted an expert panel to allow the conference to put questions to two magpie users and early adopters of AI in learning: Peter Minniche-Riber, Senior Digital Learning Manager at Siemens Gamesa and Donna McGrath, Head of Digital Learning at Royal Mail Group.

Learning News interviewed Toby shortly afterwards to find out how it went and what the questions were.
