InSync Training's new self-paced learning campaign, Exploring Gamification & Game-Based Learning, is now available. Each campaign includes a carefully curated and designed combination of resources, like whitepapers, eLearning modules, videos, podcasts, and job aids. Enrollment includes 12 months of campaign access and many resources for learners to download and use on the job.

November 14, 2018 -- InSync Training, LLC, the leading provider of blended learning and virtual training design and delivery, is proud to announce a groundbreaking new self-paced learning campaign, Exploring Gamification & Game-Based Learning, has just been released. Learners will be able to design and enjoy their own self-guided learning journey in the first of our self-paced campaigns.  

Exploring Gamification & Game-Based Learning will help learners to get started with gamification.  Topics covered include the basics of gamified learning, a process for incorporating it into blended learning instructional designs, and more through this cutting-edge self-paced learning campaign.

Over the course of six on-demand lessons, learners build the skills to answer questions such as:

  • What are the benefits of gamification and game-based learning?
  • How do we determine the best treatments for our blended learning objectives?
  • What can we do to get managers to understand the value of these models?
  • Which strategies can we use to ensure our game-based approaches authentically address learning goals?
  • How can game-based immersive learning build social interaction?

Learners are able to complete the topic exercises at their own pace and whenever it is convenient for them. Many downloadable resources enable learners to review concepts after they have finished the campaign, as well as apply lessons learned back on the job.
