Series of conversational sessions showcases how organisations use case studies and market and customer insights to engage audiences and drive business success.
Insights Media, the customer and market insights agency for learning and talent, is running three events to explore how learning and talent brands can use customer and market insights to drive business success.
The events will demonstrate the power of customer feedback and how listening to customers unlocks organisational success.

How often do learning and talent brands have deep, honest conversations with customers about their needs and expectations of their suppliers? When the market is tough and changing rapidly, suppliers need to be highly responsive to customer needs if they want to succeed and grow.
