The aim of this report on Adaptive Learning is to understand how this approach and technology is transforming workplace learning experiences.

 

Adaptive learning technology has been around for a few years, but is not well known. The technology is built on artificial intelligence and focuses on solving some of the systemic challenges facing digital learning. For example, tailoring resources to the needs of the individual and using learning science, such as spaced repetition, to make learning effective.
