Ting-Yu Yang, Business Development Manager CERTPONT Systems, will showcase the experience of Sonic (American’s largest chain of drive-in restaurants) which has recently deployed mobile learning to deliver information and performance support across a US nationwide franchise. He will describe steps taken to provide managers with time sensitive and relevant product and brand information.
