The results will demonstrate how one company is realising 20 per cent year on year revenue growth, directly attributable to its work with Huthwaite.

Huthwaite International will also be speaking about other case studies, as well as explaining its unique methodologies for implementing behaviour change smoothly, dealing with obstacles and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.

On stand B150, Huthwaite will also be showcasing the latest digital tools that their clients all over the world are using to measure and embed behaviour change and so produce visible improvements to business performance.

David Freedman, Associate Director at Huthwaite International, comments: “With our tools today, such as our SPIN® Suite, it’s possible to integrate training across dispersed salesforces around the world. And the measurement this kind of training allows means that determining return on investment is no longer a finger in the wind exercise – there are real data that show what’s working and where some salespeople would benefit from further help and training.”

As well as demonstrations of the digital tools available, the stand will also be showing video footage of the medical client company’s Managing Director talking about the pathway to behaviour change, how that change is being embedded, and how thorough the culture change has been that followed.

David Freedman will be speaking on behaviour change and how to achieve it in Seminar Theatre 1 at 12.00 noon on Tuesday the 29th of September.

World of Learning Conference and Exhibition takes place over two days this week, 29th and 30th September, at the NEC Birmingham.
